Gerald Lee Cleveland, Union City, died Jan. 1, 2010. He was born Feb. 10, 1950 in Moreland. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Ed and Dorothy Reese Bussie, Moreland. He attended schools in Coweta County and was a 1968 graduate of Central High School. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of Clark Chapel Church in Luthersville.
Services were at Clark Chapel United Methodist Church, Luthersville, with the Rev. Marion Simpson officiating. Interment was at Clark Chapel-New Mt. Bethel Church Cemetery, Luthersville. Survivors include five brothers; six sisters; and six aunts and uncles. Roscoe Jenkins Funeral Home, Newnan, was in charge.
